Woodville is a traditional farmhouse, set in a rural and historical area, of County Louth. The property consists of two self-contained apartments, each of which can sleep three guests. The downstairs apartment features a double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, living area and separate kitchen. Upstairs there is a self contained apartment with a single and a twin room, as well as a bathroom and kitchen/living room. Both apartments boast cosy open fires. Woodville is a five minute walk from Ardee golf course, a public park and a children’s playground and there are opportunities for beautiful walks from the door of the property. Ardee Village, with its great pubs and restaurants, is also only a five minute walk away. The property has easy access to the M1 and the N2 making it an ideal location for exploring the Boyne Valley and the North East of Ireland.
