Tucked away on the edges of the Whitebarrow National Nature Reserve and with easy access to Kendal and Grange-Over Sands is the quaint village of Sizergh. The village is well-known for its impressive National Trust site of Sizergh, a 14th-century bulwark housing Elizabethan carvings and furniture, as well as being home to the welcoming Strickland Arms and the Low Sizergh Barn cafe, ensuring you have everything you could need during your stay.
