This home has a unique upside-down layout – wake up peacefully in the cosy bedrooms downstairs before stepping into the garden to feel the early morning on your face before taking the wooden staircase upstairs to prepare breakfast in the country-style kitchen. You’ll dine together beneath wooden beams, enjoying the rural scenery over Cadair Idris through the plentiful windows. When evening comes, fire up the wood burner and enjoy a cosy night in the comforting lounge – put on a movie or select a board game provided by your host for some wholesome family fun.

Your host’s smallholding has sheep, goats, ducks and chickens – a great way to excite the kids. If you’re here to experience the great outdoors, head out to explore the many hiking opportunities on offer – with Snowdonia National Park, the Precipice Walk and Mawddach Trail along the waterside nearby.
