When night comes, take an idyllic moonlit stroll through the woods, roaming through gigantic ancient trees with a bat detector in tow. Later, gather around the outdoor fire pit and roast jumbo marshmallows beneath the stars. Despite its remote location, the cottage is well-placed for adventures in the surrounding area. The scenic village of Dollar is less than a ten-minute drive away and includes some delightful independent restaurants and shops, meanwhile, the cultural sights of Edinburgh and Glasglow are within a one-hour drive.
