This three-storey apartment is on a quiet street in Salcombe, welcoming pets and ideal for families. The open-plan living and dining space is on the top floor, offering gorgeous views of the estuary. The private terrace is on the smaller side, but there's enough room to sit out with your morning coffee and watch the boats sail by. There are alot of stairs here, so it won't be suitable for guests with less mobility. But you'll be close to Salcombe's high street, right on the waterfront, and it's a quick drive to the nearest sandy beaches.

*There is one private parking spot to use during your stay. Access is tight, so it's best for small cars.
*Your host can provide a travel cot and high chair for free here if you're travelling with little ones.
*Spread over three floors and with stairs inside and out, this home won't be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
*South Devon is known for patchy phone coverage, so you might find that the phone signal weakens from time to time.
*We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the bathroom floor tiles look a little tired.
*One hand towel and one bath towel are provided per person, so you may want to bring your own for longer stays.
