Ideal for a small family, this home is in Fountainbridge. It’s a vibrant area, with lots of bars, cafes, and restaurants, but it’s slightly removed from the touristy centre of Edinburgh. That said, it only takes twenty-six minutes to walk to Edinburgh Castle – you’ll probably want to bring an umbrella though. Closer to home, you can stroll along the canal, or relax in the garden. If you’re in town to work, you’ll appreciate the desk. One guest will be on the sofa bed, which may not be ideal for longer stays, and you'll need to pay for its bed linens.

*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room.
*You’ll have access to the whole home, apart from the loft space in the box room, which will be locked.
