A beautifully converted farm building set on a working dairy farm, this home does away with all the vintage styling and knick-knacks you might expect – instead bringing crisp, modern decor and home-from-home comfort. Bright, nicely laid-out and perfect for a couple or a small family, it's a quiet, rural retreat just five miles from some of Anglesey's popular beaches.
Lovers of the countryside will be in their element here, with a milking parlour just along the track and a small campsite on the doorstep, and you're welcome to watch the milking take place. As part of your welcome gift, you'll even receive some Rhyd y Delyn Welsh cheese – produced on-site by the owners, no less.
Back at the cottage, you'll have a well-equipped eat-in kitchen and a small outdoor table and chairs so you can eat outside in fine weather. And the master bedroom has a small balcony, giving you a great view. Keen walkers and cyclists will find lots to explore and it's less than hour's drive to the footpaths of Mount Snowdon.
Home truths: *The balcony is very small and not large enough to sit out on – but it's perfect for taking in the view
*A cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request – please bring your own cot bedding
*There's private parking for up to two cars
*Your home is one of a small group of farm buildings on a campsite – get in touch with the host if you'd like to hire a pitch or two for added guests
