With its bold use of colour and late 60s/early 70s aesthetic, it's not hard to see why this central Cardiff home caught our eye. The main bedroom in particular really stands out here, looking like it jumped out of a Tarantino film. And while we felt the second bedroom is a little on the smaller side, it's still a cosy nighttime spot. Without much of a dining space, you'll probably prefer to eat out here – thanks to the home's central location, several restaurants and pubs are within easy reach, and the city centre is just a short walk away.
Home truths: *Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.
*While the large bed in the second bedroom makes for a great night's sleep, it does feel a little big for the room. Space is limited, so we'd recommend travelling light.
*There is no dining table here, only a two-stool bar surface in the kitchen area.
*The bold colours and decor here might not be to everyone's taste.
