*This home is set within a holiday complex with shared amenities. The pool, gym, barbecue, spa, beach, lake access and grounds are shared with the other residents.
*If you are allergic to feather bedding, contact your host to see if hypoallergenic alternatives are available.
*There are homes nearby still undergoing construction. Expect to see construction, machinery and workers from 7:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.
*While one of the bedrooms and bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Access to the spa and swimming pool is included. Two spa passes will be provided.
