Aberystwyth is a market town resting on the west coast of Wales. The name translates to 'the mouth of the river Ystwyth', so you can expect great waters or watersports, a Victorian promenade and a town centre with a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, tea rooms, museums, cinema, and the National Library of Wales. Attractions include the ruins of Aberystwyth Castle, the scenic 20-mile cycle of Ystwyth Trail, linking Aberystwyth to Tregaron and Devil's Bridge.
