This superb old stone granary built in 1900 AD served the wider community of East Cavan as a recreational building until the late 1970s. This building has been refurbished internally to its present high condition. Set in the rolling hills of East Cavan surrounded by open green plains, in the tranquil setting of the deep unspoilt countryside. Large parking area to the rear of the granary, flower boxes from April to October. Large built-in kitchen cum dining room, large lounge with open fire. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, a bathroom and a small landing. 2 km from village of Arva. Very accessible. Meet and greet available from Arva if necessary.
