You’ll love getting the gang together for a morning fry up in the kitchen, padding around on warm wooden floors (courtesy of underfloor heating) beneath beamed ceilings and cosying up by the wood burning stove in the sitting room. Choose to admire the stunning Snowdonian views from the comfort of the L shaped leather sofa or out on the patio, where you’ll also be able to enjoy dinner and drinks alfresco – bring on the barbecue.

To top it all off, this home’s unique location offers the best of both worlds – access to both the pretty market town of Bala on the lovely shores of Llyn Tegid, and the Welsh wonder that is the Snowdonia National Park. Within a stone's throw of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars as well as mountains and lakes, you’ll be able to stop off for tea and Welsh cakes before heading out on a hike, boarding the lakeside steam train, or for the more adventurous among you, trying your hand at a range of water sports on the largest natural lake in Wales. If you’ve still got energy to spare, Zip World, Bounce Below and the Coed y Brenin Mountain Biking Centre are also within easy reach.
