Recently converted from an attractive 150 year old stone building on a 40 acre farm in a rural setting, Spice Cottages tastefully blends an old, charming exterior, with a modern and spacious interior.

Situated approx 1 mile from the picturesque village of Moy on the A29, approx 3.5 miles from the town of Dungannon in Co. Tyrone and 1 mile from Junction 15 on the M1 motorway, this central location is ideal for exploring all parts of Northern Ireland or for activity breaks.

This accommodation offers 2 large upstairs bedrooms, each with one double bed and a single bed. One bedroom has an en-suite, the other has a bathroom. Downstairs, a third large bedroom furnished with a zip and link bed gives 1 super-king sized bed or 2 single beds and has a “wet room” next door. These ground floor facilities are perfectly adapted for less mobile guests. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard with bed linen and towels supplied, there is a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, DVD player, central heating and welcome pack.
