On the first floor there is also an open-plan living space consisting of a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, as well as a utility area. To the front of the cottage is a large lawned area, and to the rear a tarmac area for two cars to park and some lawned spaces with storage. Seaview is a wonderful cottage to base a family retreat to Northern Ireland.
