*At capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room – this will be at the expense of lounge space, however, so we think this home is better suited to three guests

*As you're in a wonderfully central location, you may hear some street noise
*Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 8pm and 8am

*We recommend skipping the car here and using London's public transport instead – Wembley Park station is a five-minute walk away
