Very comfortable and relaxing holiday.. The kids relaxed a bit as well. Lovely touch of a beautiful home made cake on arrival. Weather was great at the beginning and the end of the holiday. In the middle it was typical Scottish summer weather. The accommodation was clean and had been slightly upgraded since our first visit in summer 2017. Will definitely return.

A home from home.. Very clean and comfortable. Great view over the Loch. Handy for local shops. Local roads can be challenging, but worth the effort to see such a fantastic country.

Extremely good value for money considering the location, facilities and the cleanliness of the property.. The owner kept in constant communication by email, making sure that we had a pleasant stay.
The cottage has everything that's listed in the advert and much more. The kitchen for example has everything one needs to cook and serve most types of meals, for the listed number of guests (6), not just the obligatory pan and the couple of plates and cups you find in most other places. Electricity and heating was included in the price. Heating throughout the property was good, with no shortages of hot water at anytime during our weeklong stay.
Surrounding areas have some of the best scenery in the UK. Applecross peninsula was breathtaking! All within driving distance or a long walk if one fancies!
Overall, a really nice experience and we have no hesitation in recommending this cottage.
