Accommodation consists of four extra spacious en suite bedrooms. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms rooms with a double bed in each and a superior bedroom with two double beds. Also on the top floor there is a main bathroom complete with free standing bath.

Downstairs features another expansive ensuite bedroom with two double beds and two single beds.

The study has double doors leading into the private courtyard. The games room includes a full size pool table and TV facilities.

This substantial residence also includes a utility room, a pantry, a small sitting room, Kitchen/ lounge/diner. Also have a larger bathroom with shower and a garage off the side of the property with access to the house.

There is an open fire in the stunning open plan kitchen/lounge/diner and the second cosy lounge features a wood burning stove. The property consists of ample entertainment facilities: cd player, dvd player, radio, sky, tv, iPod docking station, Internet access.

The property can be considered wheelchair friendly as bedroom downstairs and walk in shower.

The nearest shop or local amenities would be Inistioge 2 1/2 miles [shop, church, 3 pubs, restaurant, post office. Thomastown is 5 miles but has supermarkets, shop, Restaurant, Launderette and railway station. One also has new ross which is 10 miles and not to forget Kilkenny City which is only 15 miles. Inistioge has some beautiful walks and also has Woodstock gardens.
