This original Georgian house has been completely reimagined, extended and turned into the ideal hub for large groups of friends or extended families after seamless modern living along the beautiful Devon countryside. For a cosy moment in, light the wood-burning stove and curl up on one of the squishy sofas with a cup of hot chocolate. Or relax with a great book in the separate drawing room, benefitting from charming wood floors, wallpaper prints and elegant decor to keep things extra snug.

Outside, there are grassy lawns and a large terrace where you can cook up a feast on the barbecue. There’s a spacious dining space inside too, in case the weather isn’t on your side. With its fantastic surfing conditions, nearby Croyde Beach (twenty minutes on foot) is a destination for fans of water sports, and its golden sands are perfect for building sandcastles too. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, Croyde has some fantastic cafes, pubs and restaurants where you can refuel and possibly sample a famous Devon cream tea. Back at home, you’ll find a wet room where you can rinse off the salt and sand, as well as a grand clawfoot bath for the perfect ending to a delightful day.
