This beautiful vacation home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few minutes' drive from Peymeinade, which offers excellent amenities as well as cafés and restaurants. The villa boasts spectacular views of the villages of Cabris and Spéracèdes. The property sleeps up to 12 people in its 7 bedrooms and offers flexible accommodation for different group sizes. The ground floor has an entrance hall with cloakroom, open plan kitchen with a door to pool terrace, living/dining room area and two double bedrooms with one having a door to the terrace. The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, and a cloakroom. The lower ground floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchenette area with electric hob and fridge, laundry room with washing machine, and doors leading to garden. Outside there is private parking, table tennis, covered terrace with dining table, enclosed terraced gardens with barbecue and swimming pool (11m x 6m). Younger children will need supervision due to terraced grounds, drops and the tropezienne sun terrace on the first floor.
