This luxurious stone faced property over looks the beautiful Omey Island. This 4 bedroomed house is located in the small village of Claddaghduff with shop, pub & petrol pumps. Omey island is a tidal island so when the tide is out there is a huge strand to stroll on or head to the island to discover it’s amazing history – but always make sure to make it back before the tide comes in! Each year the Omey races, which take place on the strand, sees thousands of people take to the beach to view the amazing spectacular – a must if you are in the area on the day! This is a great location for discovering all that Connemara has to offer – Clifden is just 15 minutes away, Kylemore abbey just 20, the National park just 15 & numerous beaches to enjoy.

Inside: This is a modern stylish luxurious property. You enter into a bright airy hallway. Off this hallway is a spacious en-suite bedroom with King size bed. To the right you have a large sitting room with plenty of comfy couches and TV to relax. To the back is a very well equipped kitchen with all mod cons and more including American style fridge/freezer, coffee maker, air flyer & slow cooker. A great space to create a local seafood feast! This open plan kitchen has a beautiful dining area with large floor to ceiling windows flooding the area with natural light. Off this area is another comfy living space with a cosy stove. Upstairs there are 2 more en-suite double rooms with kingsize beds, walk in wardrobes and TV’s. There is also a twin bedroom with TV. You will also find the very large house bathroom with bath & shower. Outside there is a large lawn area to enjoy and a patio with garden furniture.
