Located in a pretty side street in the beautiful seaside resort of New Quay. This coastal gem is a fabulous holiday destination any time of the year, with two golden sandy beaches and picturesque harbour. Boat trips offering dolphin watching and a variety of water sports makes this an ever popular spot for guests. The coastal path is a must visit, with a host of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance to help you re fuel and unwind after a day of exploration. Aberporth and Aberaeron are both worth a visit or even head inland and enjoy the magnificence of the Preseli mountains. Enter the hallway and head through into a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and sofa, a warming wood burner effect electric fire and TV/DVD. There is a contemporary coastal theme which continues throughout the cottage. Take a step up into the delightful and well equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a very social space where you can plan your days activities as you prepare a hearty breakfast. There is a superb shower room with shower and WC, accessed up one step just off the dining area. From the main hallway, head up the cottage style stairs to the first floor sleeping accommodation. There is a tasteful master bedroom with king size bed and TV, and the second bedroom has a triple bunk bed with double bed with single over, making this extremely versatile for families and couples alike. Outside there is a sweet, enclosed garden with furniture and a charcoal BBQ, a suntrap during the day and the perfect spot to chat long into the evening. There is roadside parking for one car, subject to availability, and further parking in nearby public car parks.
