There's a romantic air to this apartment that we can't help but adore. Brimming with French art deco charm – think parquet floors, Juliet balconies on the big windows and an eclectic mix of modern furniture and antiques – this flat is perfect for a couple wanting to escape to the Nice seaside. Our favourite spot is the balcony, where you can sip coffee and savour a glass of local wine in the sunshine. Rustle up a nibble or two in the blue kitchen and dine alfresco as the evening draws to a close, then when your stomach is full and your feet are sore, snuggle up in the bedroom for some shut-eye. We love the location, too. Situated in the chic Dubouchage neighbourhood, Plage Beau Rivage Beach is just a thirteen-minute walk away. Excellent restaurants and boutique shops are a dime a dozen here, with all the must-see sights – including picturesque Old Nice and the Promenade du Paillon – within easy reach. Or, if you need a change of scenery, hop on one of the busses connecting you to the different towns on the coast and explore the French Riviera.
