There are lots of things that impressed us about this cute cottage close to the North Cornish coastline. First off, there's a lot of room inside considering it's only for two people, with the modern corner kitchen particularly large — and well-equipped for that matter. This generosity with space will have contributed towards the M2 Accessibility Rating it received from Visit England, which marks the single-level property out as suitable for guests with reduced mobility and part-time wheelchair users. What's more, there's a private sandstone patio complete with alfresco seating and a hot tub from which to enjoy summer evening sunsets. If you prefer to watch this while sitting on the sand with the sound of the waves lapping nearby, Perranporth Beach is less than ten minutes' drive. Similarly, the towns of Truro and Newquay only take a quarter of an hour to reach by car.
