Between Kirriemuir and Inverquharity in Angus, you'll find the quaint former community of Northmuir. The neighbourhood is home to the popular Woodville Pub, as well as a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, and the exclusive Kirriemuir Golf Club. Kirriemuir has a greater variety of services and attractions, including the J M Barries Birthplace, the Tayside Police Museum, the Kirriemuir Gateway to the Glens Museum, and the RSPB Scotland Loch of Kinnordy. The Three Bellies Brae and The Thrums are both good places to eat, and the nearby convenience shop is great for picking up any last-minute necessities.
