This lodge is nestled amid the spectacular scenery of the beautiful Glen Clova valley. The area has an abundance of wildlife and offers a wealth of outdoor activities, Munro bagging, walking, biking, loch and river fishing for salmon and trout and deer stalking. With an array of mountain ranges, lochs and country tracks to explore. Travel a little further to the historic famous town of Kirriemuir. That was the birthplace of J M Barrie, author of Peter Pan and Bon Scott of the Rock group ACDC. Golfers will also be delighted with the area boasting a number of fantastic local and links courses, including the championship course at Carnoustie. Stepping inside, take off your coats and boots and head through to the warm and inviting open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where there is an impressive double vaulted ceiling. Put your feet up and snuggle up with something good on the TV/DVD. Rustle up a meal in the kitchen area with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and enjoy the result at the nearby dining table. Head through to the bright and airy king size bedroom with double vaulted ceiling where you will get a peaceful night s rest and the en suite shower room and WC will get you ready for the day s activities ahead. There is a further twin bedroom which also benefits from an en suite shower room and WC. Lastly the hot tub is a real treat and will soothe those legs after a day hiking. Outside you dine alfresco and spend your days relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the surrounding scenery. There is ample off road parking.
