Vue Lérins is a beautiful traditional-style property located in a gated estate on the hillside of the Estérel mountains, boasting stunning sea views towards the 'Iles de Lérins'. The cozy house comprises an open plan living/dining room with French doors leading to a terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has its own access to the terrace, and a bathroom with a separate shower. The lower level of the property features terraced gardens with mature planting and steps down to the oval-shaped private pool. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue on the terrace while taking in the magnificent sea views. A 15-minute walk down the hill takes you to La Figueirette beach where water sports equipment is available for hire, while Cannes and Saint-Raphaël offer splendid viewpoints, pretty coves, designer boutiques and restaurants within driving distance. Please note that air conditioning is only available in the living room, and there is a local tourist tax of £2.40 per night for guests aged 18 and over.
