Carrigart 1.5 miles. A wonderful detached house with some lovely views over the countryside towards the sea, just 1.5 miles from the seaside village of Carrigart, County Donegal. This spacious property has been completed to a very high standard, and makes a very relaxing Donegal holiday base. The sitting room is very bright and airy, with a multi-solid fuel stove, and the lovely sun room has large windows to make the most of the views.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and of the four bedrooms, two are on the ground floor and two have en-suite facilities, making this a house with real flexibility and suitable for all parties. Carrigart is a tidy, traditional seaside resort, and has some amenities including bars, supermarkets and shops, while Tramore Beach is approximately 1 mile away, and the beach at Downings, just under 3 miles away. The Sheephaven Bay area of Donegal, with Carrigart in the east of it, offers many activities including diving, surfing, fishing, walking and horseriding, as well as golf and sailing.
