In the pretty town of Morlaix, this family-sized home is a short walk from the harbour in the centre. Here you’ll also find the striking facade of the towering viaduct the town is famous for. It also means bars, restaurants, a train station and supermarkets are all on your doorstep, so stocking up on supplies and stepping out for a drink is a doddle.
The home itself is undeniably stylish with midnight-blue walls against exposed grey brickwork in the open living room. Hardwood floors and wicker lampshades add a touch of boho-chic. The living area is a social spot, with the sleek kitchen, a big dining table and comfy sofas all sharing the same, vast space (it used to be a café). Glass doors open up to the garden where there’s a lawn for the kids to run around and chairs and tables on the terrace for drinks and dining. The bedrooms are all tucked upstairs.
