Hikers will be spoilt for choice of nearby walking trails, while beach lovers will appreciate the proximity to Instow, a seaside village ten minutes away. The wide surfing beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are all easily accessible in under half an hour, as are the glorious high moors, deep valleys and woodlands of Exmoor National Park.
