For the Golfer the house is ideally located to play all the famous links courses of Ireland's southwest. Lahinch, Doonbeg, Tralee, Waterville, The Old Head of Kinsale are within reach and of course, Ballybunion is right on the doorstep. Killarney and Adare Manor courses are also close by. The beach is great for swimming, water sports, horse riding, fishing or just building sandcastles. There is direct access to the beach via steps.
There are lots of bars and restaurants in Ballybunion 10 minutes away which also has 2 championship golf courses, a swimming pool health centre and great cliff walks. Day trips to Killarney, Ring of Kerry, Dingle, and Co. Clare via Tarbert ferry.
