There was a smell (of drains? ) in one bathroom which permeated the house. Some window catches and sink/bath plugs were a bit dodgy. No dishwasher. Only one TV worked and had an extremely short list of channels. Otherwise clean and comfortable with good beds.

The cottage is a great size, really well equipped and close to amenities.. All the bedrooms are doubles with en-suite and there is plenty of living space. The town it’s based in Isn’t the prettiest but it had a good bakers, butchers and a supermarket, there is also walks out the door and a good selection of bars, takeaways and restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely, lovely, house, beautifully furnished and very comfortable.. All the bedrooms are superb and there is lots of room down stairs to spread out.
Loads of parking.
Bit of an Ikea show home really
Location is OK, Llanwrst isn’t really a tourist town and is a bit run down, but you are only 10 minutes from Betws-y-Coed and 30 minutes from LLanberis and the rest the Snowdonia National Park.
The local bakery and the local chips shops are absolutely first class.

Very clean well equipped house. Only thing lacking would be to have a downstairs toilet. Pleasant location ideal for local attractions and lovely riverside walks.

Dale Cottage is beautifully presented and is an ideal base from which to explore North Wales.
It can accommodate 8 adults with ease. Every bedroom with an en-suite, a large kitchen, two lounges and a dining room - all complemented by lots of room to park.
There's also a lovely garden in which to sit or eat on a sunny day.

Dale cottage is just a few minutes walk from Llanrwst where you will find a excellent curry house and plenty of pubs. Our favourite for food was the Eagle hotel where the food is excellent good value for money and is dog friendly. Going further afield you are near Betws y Coed and Conwy is not far away. The house itself is beautiful and very well equipped the only thing we thought it lacked was a dishwasher which would have been very welcome. The ensuite bedrooms are excellent, part of the reason we selected Dale Cottage was because of this. All in all I would highly recommend this beautiful house.
