The house is situated to the sunny rear of an exclusive development of beach side holiday homes and enjoys the benefit of a west-facing verandah, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Communal green area and private parking directly opposite.
Access to the complex is secured by electronic gates. Less than 5 minutes walk to the village centre; local amenities include Rosslare golf and recreation centre, water sports centre, the famous 4* Kelly's resort hotel and Spa (membership not required) as well as a good variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and of course the beautiful Rosslare strand beach which is directly opposite the complex. Redmonds pub "The Bay Bar" is directly behind the complex and Rosslare train station is only ½ mile away.
