- As you approach Tramore on the main road from Waterford (R675)
- Pass T.Farrell Suzuki car dealer on the left
- On 100 metres to roundabout, drive straight through
- On 300 metres approximately, see "Beach Haven" sign on left
- We are located on the Waterford Road opposite Beach Haven Bed and Breakfast
- Take right turn here into "The Orchard" and take right again once inside the entrance
- Ashton, Number 8, is the last house on the end of the row within its own mature tree lined private grounds
