Situated in Carnoustie, a small town on the Angus coast between Dundee and Arbroath, famously home to Open Golf Championship. Situated on the coast, the shallow bay in the town is ideal for swimming, sailing, windsurfing, and fishing. The East Haven coastline has some unspoilt sandy beaches to explore. The historic town of Arbroath is less than 7 miles away, famed for the Arbroath Smokie, with its splendid abbey, historic harbour, long sandy beaches, and stunning sandstone cliffs. The vibrant city of Dundee is just 11 miles away, with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities. The immediate area is perfect for walking, cycling, mountain biking and hiking with wonderful coastal paths, woodland walks, country trails and the magnificent Angus Glens, all within easy reach. The entrance to the apartment block is secure, entering the well kept lobby area you can either access the first floor by stairs or lift. Entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the hallway, opposite the entrance, you will find yourself in the open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area.
