Set in breath taking rolling countryside near Aberystwyth and the Cambrian Mountains, it is the perfect base for your holiday. The vibrant university town of Aberystwyth is a short drive, offering a beautiful beach, pier and cliff railway, as well as a great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Visit the silver mine at Nant yr Arian, an excellent visitor centre with beautiful walks, stunning views and the Red Kite Feeding Centre. Visit the splendid beaches and see the remnants of the submerged forest at nearby Borth or watch the boats coming in to the Aberstwyth marina. The area is renowned for walking and cycling and offers clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking and quad biking. This is an all year round destination. The kitchen area is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, perfect to prepare a family meal. The small utility room houses the washing machine. If you are eating in, the dining table takes centre stage in the conservatory creating a light and airy space to enjoy a meal together or play board games. Exploring this lovely property further, you will find two cosy and comfy bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite shower room and WC and the twin bedroom. You will also find another bathroom with shower over bath and WC that completes the accommodation. The enclosed garden is paved with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The hot tub is nestled in the garden where you can embrace the fabulous rural views. There is an additional private area adjacent to the property. There is parking for two cars.
