It's ideal for those looking for a centrally located seaside retreat. The holiday home fits up to four people.

The cottage is decorated in soft seaside tones, a log burning stove and luxurious soft furnishings, all combining to give it a welcoming, fresh and cosy feel. Original wooden floors and bespoke fitted furniture create a spacious open plan living area and carefully thought out storage maximises the space. Equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and all the essentials of modern living including freeview tv and wifi access.

We offer a fully fitted kitchen complete with a wall oven, hob, microwave as well as washer-drier, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The drawers are stocked with ample cutlery and cookware. You'll also find plenty of scented candles tea lights to enhance your evening, although St Ives is full of wonderful places to eat so you may not even get to use the kitchen! A cleverly designed dining table separates the kitchen from the living area. A small wet room next to the bedrooms offers underfloor heating, a towel heater, electric shower and beautiful ambient lighting.

The main bedroom is beautifully decorated in restful neutral tones and the soft furnishings have been carefully chosen to create a relaxing feel. the king sized bed has a high quality, comfy mattress and crisp white linen sheets. There is plenty of storage space too. Children love this gallery room with custom built bunk beds and storage, providing a fun hideaway for the kids on rainy days. There is also an LCD TV in the bedroom too. The beds are suitable for teens and adults with plenty of storage for hanging and folding clothes. A cot and high chair can be supplied on request.

A stable door from the courtyard leads to the cosy cottage. There's four chairs and a table to sit around in the summer. There are also hooks to hang your wetsuits as Kellys Gardens is less than a five minute walk from the nearest beach. Sit outside and enjoy the delicious cream tea and scones. This area is also perfect if you have children or a dog as there's a gate.
