Primrose Cottage/Town House has been described as a real Pandora's box by a past guest. It is situated in the centre of the award-winning town of Kenmare. Offering comfort and convenience.

It is located on a very quiet, no through road, within a short stroll to Kenmare Town Centre with all its shops, bars, restaurants etc. The cottage has been lovingly restored and decorated to a very high quality.

The house offers 4 bedrooms ( 3 doubles and 1 Single room )

A balcony is situated off the main bedroom and the lounge is tastefully furnished containing an electric fire and tv.

The Kitchen/Dining area is very spacious.

and contains all modern conveniences such as electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher,washing machine and dryer. All Kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.

Upstairs

A spacious landing leads to three en-suite bedrooms.Two double rooms (one with balcony) and one single room.

There is one double bedroom en-suite downstairs. All bed linen and towels are provided. There is adequate parking at the front of the house.
